In today's complex and dynamic English language teaching profession it is important to intentionally and strategically forge a relevant and personally meaningful continuing professional development (CPD) path. This session explores CPD within the current realities of the profession, in contrast to the outdated “one-size-fits-all” CPD model the profession has outgrown.
