Dorte Weber, M. Ed. (TESL) University of Alberta, is the team lead of the Rural Routes program at NorQuest College. She has been an ESL instructor and program manager for 24 years. Her current responsibilities include improving access to professional development for ESL practitioners in smaller and rural programs and communities.
